Welcome to the Blue Rat!
How did the Blue Rat business come about?
A professional training client, "Uncle Charlie", told me a wonderful story about a heated discussion between his daughter, her friend, and a liberal neighbor. This took 2004. Furstrated by his failing to rebut the simple, logical arguments of these 13 and 14 year olds, this "grown man actually resorted to calling them names!" Finally "stooping" to his level, she blurted out, "Just remember...Democrat ends in Rat"!
When I heard the story I couldn’t believe it. With the Democrats opposition to finding new oil and gas, higher taxes, disdain for the military, and their many other positions, they are indeed Rats!
Being the Entrepreneur that I am I right away saw a business opportunity. One thing lead to another. Uncle Charlie and i created and Trade Marked the Blue Rat logo. We decided to make the rat blue, since that is the Democrat’s color?”
Since then Uncle Charlie and I have started this company The Blue Rat.com in order to sell our shirts and let them know what we think of their policies.
About the OwnerAbout the owner. The face behind The Blue Rat business, i am "Ms. Sunshine". I was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to this country when I was 13. I am now a very proud American and United States Citizen. I did not speak one word of English when I first came to the USA. I was raised by a single Mother who due to her very poor upbringings had to bare a lot of life difficulties raising 3 kids on her own.
I worked very hard at learning the English language. Once I learned to Speak English I decided that nothing was beyond my reach. I decided to live the American Dream by achieving and trying my best and my hardest, and not to be caught up in the rat race.
I introduce to you here my latest business venture: The Blue Rat, my Anti-Liberal shirts!
It is a Rat logo with the expression “Democrat Ends in Rat!”TM
The rat is blue!
